A curriculum developer creates a curriculum that delivers learning objectives. These roles work with education professionals to develop materials for instructors to use in their courses. Curriculum developers observe classes and create a curriculum that increases student success

Qualifications

- Must have a collections account background
- At least a year or 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position: Designing, developing modules/curricula for behavioral/motivational, leadership training in Call center/BPO
- Training, E-Learning applications, LMS.
- Looking for someone who as current experience in today’s collection environment (5 years or more)
- This covers a strong background of collections processes, laws, and knowledge in the US market. Both Banking and consumer collections.
- 65K is cap but willing to accept more than that depending on how strong the background

Salary Package - 45,000 to 65,000 monthly depending how strong the backgound
