Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to home security systems.
- Responsible for promoting and selling additional home security products and services to customers.
- Responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and with a high level of quality.
- Responsible for generating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
