Description

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Verifying insurance coverage and explaining payment options to patients.
- Providing information on healthcare services, treatments, and medications.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information and interactions.
-Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Following up with patients and healthcare providers as necessary.
- Adhering to all HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months customer service experience in any industry.
- Graduates of 4 year course with or without work experience may apply.
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work onsite
