Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
-Answering incoming calls from customers
-Resolving customer inquiries/requests
-Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
-Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
-Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

-Completed 2nd Year College or has earned at least 60 units; Senior High School Graduate / HS Graduate Old Curriculum
(or)Completed a 2 Year ; Vocational/TESDA Course experience Minimum of 6 months CC experience needed
-Knowledgeable of Insurance Environment is an Advantage
-Good Communication skills
