Description

Primarily handle operations and may also be required to manage multi site operations Selects, managers, and develops a high performing team of managers, supervisors, and agent staff.
Work Arrangement: On-site
Base Pay 160k - 250k
Allowances: 10K for Transpo and 3500 for Mobile Variable Performance Bonus: 15% of Base pay (paid either Quarterly/Annual)

Qualifications

Bachelors and advanced degree
Six sigma black belt is strongly preferred
Competent in decision making and problem solving
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge in marketing strategies, operational processes and efficiency
Program planning and implementation skills
