Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Qualifications

4 year course graduates with or without work experience.
Completed 2 years in College with 6 mos customer service experience (with 6 months bpo experience and international account)
Above average English communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good comprehension skills
Basic knowledge with MS Office
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
