In order to deliver exceptional customer service, they typically speak with prospective customers over the phone and work closely with other internal divisions like customer care, marketing teams, or technical support.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
- Preferably in a telco and/or Sales account but not required
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willing to work on site and travel to from upper Mckinley Hills, Taguig City
- Willing to vwork on shifting/weekend/Hilodays/Graveyard shift
