Job Description:

-Improve the experience of the client, adopt a positive outlook and superior customer service techniques.

-Phone current and prospective clients with precise information

-Assist clients by investigating problems, seeking solutions, and offering details and other options

-Make outgoing calls for customer support or satisfaction as directed by the client

-Complete call guidelines; compile and confirm the necessary data.

Qualifications

-With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)

-Must have at least 1 year bedside experience

-Has good customer service orientation

-Has good communication and interpersonal skills

-Has good analytical skills

-Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

-Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule

-Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
