Job Summary:
To oversee the overall accounting and financial operations of our business, we are seeking for an accounting staff.
You will be in charge of carrying out all daily accounting duties, such as creating tax forms and maintaining expense records. With great attention to detail, you will carry out financial transactions and post them in the general ledger. Also, you will perform pertinent administrative tasks (e.g. responding to clients via email and handling invoices).
Job Responsibilities:
Keep accounting records and files up to date.
Evaluate budgets and prepare expense reports
examine tax laws, and manage tax returns and payments
To clients to talk about private accounting issues in the general ledger, post transactions and assign categories to records (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
Match up bank statements
Evaluate transactions with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct monthly and annual closures.
getting paperwork ready for audits
Provide clients financial advice over the phone or email
Implement new accounting principles and make sure all rules and regulations are followed.
Work to enhance financial procedures and report to the accounting manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- 6 months to 1 year experience in related field is preferred
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Maintain Payroll
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software should know systems for SSS , EFPS , SLSP , and BIR works
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
