Description

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives

Qualifications

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
