Description

As a Customer Service Representative for a home security company, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to home security systems and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking support and information about their home security system. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers' concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing information and guidance to customers regarding their home security system and services.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and working with customers to resolve them.
• Escalating issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
• Assisting customers with billing and account management inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on home security industry trends and products.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work on site
at least 18 years old
computer literate
