Description

As a Customer Service Representative in telco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our telecommunications customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns related to their telecommunication services, such as phone, internet, and TV. You will work closely with the telco team to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy
Provide customers with accurate information regarding their telecommunications services, including billing, account management, and technical support
Work collaboratively with the telco team to identify and resolve customer issues
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders for new services, upgrades, and cancellations
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the telco team
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in policies and procedures related to the telecommunications industry

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least high school/ Senior High School Graduate;
Willing to take versant onsite in Ayala Makati
Call center experience not required
Good to excellent communication skills
