Description

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of a financial services or banking institution. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will handle inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. The CSR will be expected to have a strong understanding of the financial products and services offered by the institution and be able to communicate this information clearly to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner
Assisting customers with account-related issues, such as opening/closing accounts, changing account information, and resolving transaction disputes
Providing guidance and education to customers on financial products and services, such as loans, mortgages, and investment options
Processing customer requests for financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the institution's systems
Adhering to all compliance and regulatory guidelines set forth by the institution and industry standards
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least 6 months - ANY CCE
Typing test of 35WPM
Must have valid ID
Non-voice post
Amenable to work on site

Senior Highschool Educational Level
