Airline Account

Duties:
Helping and guiding clients as they select from a range of travel options
arranging reservations for clients depending on their unique needs and available funds.
Determining if lodging or transportation will be available during the clients' preferred travel dates.
Suggesting local tourist attractions and points of interest to assist in the planning of vacation itineraries.
Processing payments and communicating consumer confirmation information.
Resolving any problems that might emerge with reservations or bookings.
Promotion and sales of reservation services.
Addressing any inquiries that clients could have regarding the reservation procedure.
When applicable, upsell customers by advising them about extra services or special packages, such tour tickets, travel insurance, or better seats or lodgings.
Assisting clients who might want to change or cancel a reservation.

Qualifications

With or Without Experience
Must be 18 yrs age and above
At least High School Grad.
Must not be a Student/Enrolled
Average to Excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
Available WFH
