Description

A call center representative or agent responds to client concerns and assists them with questions about goods or services. To address consumer questions or problems, they are in charge of offering support from beginning to end.

Qualifications

Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)- Diploma is not required
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or 2 months if endorsed by a different BP
Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati
