Description

As a Customer Service Representative for a Radio Satellite Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers who have subscribed to satellite radio services. Your main responsibility will be to answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
Providing technical support to customers regarding their satellite radio service.
Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to higher-level support.
Communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintaining accurate and complete customer records and tracking systems.
Providing product information to customers as needed.
Assisting customers with billing and payment-related inquiries.
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Staying up-to-date with new product offerings and features.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

With atleast 6 months CCE
Good to Excellent communication skills
Amenable to work on site

Senior Highschool Educational Level
