Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about travel-related services.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about travel-related services, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information as needed
Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of travel-related services
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
