We are hiring Cruise Reservations Agents for our Australian Airline Account who are amenable to work onsite in Eastwood!

JOB DETAILS:
- Australian Cruise Reservations Account
- Inbound Direct and Trade, Sales & Service
- Compensation Package PHP18,000
- Amenable to be upskilled as Special Services and Winback analyst (cases and complaints handling via email and phone)
- Performance incentives (Profit Shares)
- Sales Incentives & Monthly Recognition for Top Performers
- Shifting Schedule (Predominantly dayshift/midshift) 24/7 operations
- Work at our Eastwood site.

You will be given a choice between:
- A fixed daily transportation allowance* (only during ECQ/GCQ) or
Shuttle Services to and from your pick up location of choice*
- Temporary WFH Training setup

Qualifications

- At least high school graduate or equivalent
- No experience required
- Must have a good command of the English language
- Must be amenable to work onsite
