Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with telecommunications services.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers.
- Managing and updating telecommunications databases and records.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- At least a high school/senior high school graduate
- Good English communication & interaction skills
- BPO experience preferred but not required
- Amenable to shifting schedules
