CSR - Telecommunications Account for Fairview Site
Salary Package: PHP22,300/month

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the one to answer incoming calls promptly and greet callers in a friendly, professional manner. Transfer calls to appropriate parties as needed, or take messages and answer questions when possible.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least be a high school graduate (curriculum) or Senior HS grad
- Applicants required at least 6 months of BPO experience
- With excellent communication skills
- Must be conversant, energetic, and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
- Able to multi-task
- Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs
