Description

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative for the Telecommunications Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to subscribers of a telecommunications company. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance, handling billing inquiries, and general customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for telecommunications products and services
• Handle billing inquiries and facilitate refunds and cancellations
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes
• Monitor and report on customer feedback and concerns
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide suggestions to management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age and above
• Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
• Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
• Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
• Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
• No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
• Average to Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
