Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Financial Services and Banks, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to customers who have questions or concerns regarding their bank accounts, financial products, or services. Your main duties will include:

Answering inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.

Listening actively to customers' concerns and providing accurate and helpful information.

Assisting customers with inquiries related to their bank accounts, financial products, or services, including account balances, transaction history, loan applications, credit cards, and other related concerns.

Utilizing various computer systems to access and update customer account information, process transactions, and research and resolve customer issues.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Atleast have 6 months CCE
Typing speed of 35 wpm
Must have valid ID
Must be 18 years of age and above
Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
Average to Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
