Description

The Customer Service Representative for the Internet Television Account will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users of the internet television service. The representative will act as a liaison between the company and the customers, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting the services offered by the company.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
Providing accurate and timely information about the company's products, services, and policies.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to the internet television service and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
Resolving billing-related inquiries and issues, including payment processing, refunds, and cancellations.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
Promoting additional products and services to customers where appropriate.
Providing feedback to the company regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement.
Participating in training and coaching sessions to improve performance and knowledge of the internet television service and related technologies.

Qualifications

At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non voice, blended)
Above Average Communications Skills
At least 18 years old
Computer literate
Amenable to work on site
