Description

As a Customer Service Representative for an Airline Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers who are booking flights, checking in, and handling any other issues they may encounter. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, and provide guidance and support to help them with their travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to assist them with their airline needs
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding flights, fares, baggage, and other airline services
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
Provide support to customers in online and mobile airline platforms
Make recommendations and suggestions to customers regarding travel options and airline products
Maintain customer records, including flight information and travel arrangements
Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and procedures
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

(at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad/ Nursing Grad/College Undergrad with at least 6 months BPO experience | 4yrs College Grad - no experience needed
Excellent Communication skills
Amenable to work on site
Applicants must be 18 years old
Applicants is a high school graduate(old curriculum)/ senior high school graduate(new curriculum)
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
