Responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounts receivable subsidiary records.
• Post customer collections and send out statements of accounts regularly.
• Request and prepare credit memo and any adjustments

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least Senior or High School Graduate
• Good communication skills/Accounting and Finance Graduate and with at least 6 mos Accounts Receivable experience (non-negotiable)
• (AR Experience: Related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Account Reconciliation, Banking, Payment Allocation, Credit Hold)
• Adaptability
• Remain calm under pressure
