Description

We are seeking a customer support agent who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in the home security industry. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This position will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Recording and documenting customer interactions and feedback
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or senior management
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products and services
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• At least HS or SHS graduate
• Excellent communication skills
• Good to excellent communication skills
• At least 1-3 months CCE
• Work On-site
